AutoOutline.dmg

The MacOS installation package for AutoOutline can be downloaded from:

After downloading, double-click to open and drag the AutoOutline application to your Applications folder to install.

Model Weights

Download both model weight files (l_yeast_finetuned.pt and b_yeast_finetuned.pt) from this single package:

The package contains both weight files: - l_yeast_finetuned.pt - For large model size - b_yeast_finetuned.pt - For base model size

These custom weights are fine-tuned specifically for yeast cell DIC image analysis, providing higher accuracy than the default Micro-SAM models.
